November 20, 2012.  Manassas, VA – InCadence Strategic Solutions is excited to announce they have been selected for the second consecutive year for 2012 Companies as Responsive Employers (CARE) Award, presented by Northern Virginia Family Services (NVFS). The CARE Awards are designed to encourage companies to institute family-friendly programs by exposing them to ideas and thoughtful discussions with business leaders who have already embraced such policies. NVFS works to empower individuals and families to improve their quality of life and to promote community cooperation and support in responding to family needs.

NVFS is proud to extend its mission to the business community through the CARE Awards, which were developed in 1992 by NVFS and area business leaders who had a desire to affect positive change in the workplaces of Northern Virginia. The 20th Annual CARE Awards Breakfast took place on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at the Waterford at Fair Oaks in Fairfax, VA. Seventeen winning companies were honored for their family-friendly policies in the workplace. Applicants were evaluated on their policies and programs in several areas to include: benefits, company culture, and philosophy. A combination between the application, site visit, and employee survey results helps to determine the winner of this prestigious award.
