Manassas, VA – InCadence Strategic Solutions is proud to announce that it has joined the Virginia Department of Veterans Services, ‘Virginia Values Veterans’ (V3) Initiative Certification Program. The V3 Initiative offers interested employers training, coaching, access to resources, and advocacy for organizations who will pledge to hire and retain Veterans and transitioning Guardsmen and Reservists in Virginia. By participating, InCadence commits to making veterans a part of its overall talent acquisition and retention strategies.

The V3 Certification Program is designed to incentivize Virginia organizations of all sizes to hire and retain Veterans for at least 1 year. The goal is to drive down veteran unemployment and hasten Virginia’s economic recovery by leveraging a tremendous American resource.
