Manassas, Virginia—May 8, 2018—InCadence Strategic Solutions Corp. is pleased to welcome to the team Mr. Dave Roper as Vice President of Business Development and Alliant 2SB Program Manager.  Following a decorated thirty-year career in the United States Army, Dave transitioned to the government contracting industry in 2009, providing business development services to the Department of Defense. He was honored to be recognized by 2nd Army/Army Cyber Command with the Order of St. Isidore Gold Medal award, in August 2015.  At InCadence, Dave leads corporate-wide business development strategies and is charged with maximizing opportunities within the recently awarded Alliant 2 Small Business IDIQ contract vehicle. Dave earned an MS Administration degree from Central Michigan University. Prior to joining InCadence he was Director of Army Accounts for General Dynamics.


Vanessa Davidson has been promoted to Vice President of Strategic Programs at InCadence. Vanessa recently celebrated her 5-year anniversary at the company, and has been instrumental in driving significant organic growth, developing business development strategies and managing several Intelligence Operations focused programs. Vanessa has over 13 years of Defense Contracting experience with expertise in Program Management, Talent Acquisition and Personnel Management.



Kimberly Rogers has been promoted to Director, Business Development at InCadence. Kimberly started with InCadence shortly after incorporation in 2009.  She has held Management roles in the areas of Business Development, Proposal Development and Recruitment Management.  Kimberly is currently responsible for growing and strengthening InCadence’s relationships with government customers, industry partners and leading capture and proposal activities for the company. She has over 11 years of experience in the Defense Engineering services contracting industry.
