As a Sponser and Committee member for the past four years, InCadence has participated in the NVFS back to School Drive, The Gifting for Families program, food donations for the SERVE Shelter and the Training Futures Internship Program. Wounded Warrior Project:

Over the past two years, InCadence has been a sponsor of the University of Virginia’s 4 The Wounded 5k race. InCadence also volunteers for the Operation Jump Start Program, a charity event to help soldiers transition into civilian careers.
The Wounded Warrior Projects works to raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of injured service members, help injured services members aid and assist each other, and provide unique programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members. InCadence is involved and a sponsor for the small business community through SECAF, which enables small and emerging government contractors to grow and sustain their businesses in this tough financial climate. InCadence is very proud to have several employees who are members of this organization.

Girls in Technology:

InCadence employees volunteer to mentor and encourage school-age girls in technology and computer-related learning and education.
Girls in Technology is an outreach committee within Women in Technology that provides scholarships, mentoring, speakers and other types of support for programs that foster technology interest in elementary, middle, and high school girls. Small and Fairfax Chamber of Commerce:

InCadence participates and contributes to the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce by sponsoring and attending events to include: GOVCON Awards and NBC Hoda Kotb.
The Fairfax Chamber of Commerce works hand-in-hand with companies in Northern Virginia to build a strong business community. The Chamber facilitates industry-focused councils, thought leadership groups, community partnerships and many other opportunities for its more than 600 member companies to expand their networks and raise their profiles in the highly competitive Northern Virginia market. Internship Program:

Eagle Scouts Book Drive

InCadence donates toner cartridges to schools and also provides donations for silent auction school fundraising programs.
InCadence supported the Eagle Scouts in the 2013 Book Drive by donating elementary school age books to benefit local area schools.

Support for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM):

InCadence is proud to support several Science, Technology, Engineering and Math programs within our local community schools. We support Highland School's FIRST Robotics Program and the FIRST Lego League Program in Centerville, Virginia. We're proud of our teams and our kids!
