INCADENCE TO HOST BOOK RELEASE PARTY FOR “THE GREAT CLOUD MIGRATION” BY MICHAEL DACONTA’S NEW BOOK

November 14, 2013 – Manassas, VA – InCadence will host a Book Release Party for InCadence Vice President of Advanced Technology, Michael Daconta’s twelfth book entitled, “The Great Cloud Migration: Your Roadmap to Cloud Computing, Big Data and Linked Data.” untitled

The Book Release Party is on Wednesday, November 20th at 5:30 PM at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Tysons Corner, VA. During the book launch, guests will also have the opportunity to see demonstrations given by our President, Anthony Iasso, of InCadence’s new Axon™ CloudChannel™ technology.

The Great Cloud Migration is the definitive guide to migrating applications to the cloud. It explains all the options, tradeoffs, challenges and obstacles to migration, covering the difference between application migration and data migration to the cloud and walking readers through how to do both well. It provides 20 migration scenarios covering migration to all the major cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google AppEngine, Microsoft Azure and more.

He is also an author, lecturer and columnist, having authored and co-authored eleven other technical books, numerous magazine articles, and online columns. Mr. Daconta was also the former Metadata Program Manager for the Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Daconta has more than 25 years of development experience and has developed large-scale IT systems for an array of industries. He invented two patented technologies and is currently developing the Axon™ Cloud Channel, Technical Cloud Broker with a team of developers at InCadence. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from New York University. Mr. Daconta is the author of Information as Product: How to Deliver the Right Information, To the Right Person, At the Right Time.

INCADENCE SPEAKS AT THE BIOMETRICS BIG DATA SYMPOSIUM IN ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA

Mr. Iasso will present a technical demonstration to the biometrics community titled “Identity Associations Database (IADB) – An Entity-Based Identity Intelligence Platform”. Developed by InCadence, IADB is a custom suite of data miners for associating collections of non-obvious entity relationships from any data source to the Tactical Rapid Exploitation Portal (T-REX). Mr. Iasso will provide an overview of technology trends in the area of Identity Intelligence (I2), along with a technical look at some of the capabilities that InCadence is developing in the areas of biometrics and identity resolution. The Biometrics Big Data Symposium, held on December 12th and 13th, 2013 at The Holiday Inn Rosslyn at Key Bridge, is an outstanding symposium that brings together the Government and industry experts who are at the forefront of developing the next generation of analytics-based biometrics.
