INCADENCE AWARDED $12.6M CONTRACT TO SUPPORT DEPARTMENT OF STATE

Manassas, VA – August 16, 2016 – The U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management, issued an award to InCadence Strategic Solutions Corporation for the provision of operational support for the implementation of the Tactical High-Threat Operational Response (THOR) system in support of the Office of the Chief Technology Officer within the Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS/EX/CTO). The THOR system performs multimodal biometric collection and identification using fingerprints, iris, and facial recognition in order to provide enhanced security and access control to Department of State facilities. The contract is for a base year and four (4) option years.

INCADENCE STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS AWARDED U.S. NAVY SEAPORT ENHANCED CONTRACT

Manassas, VA – July 14, 2016 – InCadence Strategic Solutions has been awarded the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) multiple award contract issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center. SeaPort-e is an electronic platform that provides the Navy with an efficient and standardized mechanism for issuing competitive solicitations among a diverse population of large and small business, as well as a platform for awarding and managing performance based task orders.

“We are eager and committed to continue delivering our technical solutions and professional services to our customers. This vehicle will provide our customers with flexible contracting options to reach InCadence for our world-class services and products”, said Chief Executive Officer, Sandra Corbett.

Navy
The scope of the work spans across seven geographical zones and encompasses 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management and Program Management. SeaPort-e supports all commands within the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, and the U.S Marine Corps. The contracting activity is the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA. About $5.3 billion in services will be procured per year via orders issued under the program, DOD said. Each multiple award contract is for a base of five years with two five-year option periods.

INCADENCE STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS WINS PRIME CONTRACT WITH FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESIGATION FOR MOBILE BIOMETRICS

Manassas, VA – June 13, 2016 – InCadence Strategic Solutions is pleased to announce the award of a prime contract to provide a Mobile Biometrics solution to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division, Global Initiatives Unit (FBI CJIS GIU). The single-award, full and open contract, is for a period of performance of one base year and four option years.
InCadence will be responsible for providing software solutions to capture biometrics on Android-based devices that will give the FBI the ability to perform a biometric collections via smart phones. This collection includes fingerprints, facial photographs, and contextual information for submission and receipt of a response, via the Android-based application from any location with cellular service. The application will allow agents to quickly establish the identity of a subject in order to aid in the conduct of a FBI investigation.
InCadence is excited to introduce our Commercial Off-The-Shelf solution, Ares, to the FBI for this work. Ares is a micro-kit biometric collection and submission platform, running on the Android operating system, designed for Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement use. Ares features a plug-in architecture and incorporates the Integrated Biometrics Watson fingerprint reader for fingerprint collection and the built-in-device camera for photographs. Since taking office, Rob has earned a reputation for being an advocate for our men and women in uniform and for being a champion of the Chesapeake Bay. Prior to his election to Congress, Rob spent 26 years in state government as a public health specialist.

Donald Acker named InCadence Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Manassas, Virginia—September 24, 2015—InCadence announced Mr. Donald Acker has joined the InCadence team full time as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Donald brings 20+ years, and a wealth of business and financial experience to the InCadence team. He is an active CPA in the State of Maryland, a member of the MACPA and AICPA, and a former Chair for the Government Contractors Committee of the Maryland Association of CPAs (MACPA).

Donald formerly served in senior financial leadership roles at McDonald Bradley, American Express (RSM McGladrey), Subsystem Technologies, Eagle Design and Management. He was the CFO for InfoZen Inc. and most recently as Founder of Turn10, LLC, specializing in providing high end consulting and technology to Government Contractors.

At InCadence Donald is charged with leading the corporate Finance, Accounting and Contract teams. InCadence Strategic Solutions VP David Boyd appointed Chair of the INCITS Big Data Technical Committee

boydManassas, Virginia—June 19, 2015—InCadence is proud to announce that their VP of Data Solutions, Mr. David Boyd, has been appointed Chair of the InterNational Committee for Information Technology Standards (INCITS) Big Data Technical Committee (BDTC).

With Mr. Boyd participating as Chair for the INCITS Big Data Technical Committee InCadence is positioned to guide the development of the standards to incorporate best practices for Big Data based on our experience and lessons learned.  In addition, our familiarity with these standards will permit us to guide and accelerate our customer’s adoption of interoperable, secure, and responsive Big Data solutions.

InCadence Strategic Solutions Wins Prime Contract with PM Biometrics

Manassas, Virginia—June 17, 2015 – InCadence Strategic Solutions is pleased to announce the award of a prime contract to provide Mobile Automatic Biometrics Identification Systems, Software and Services for the Republic of Bulgaria – Ministry of Defense (MOD) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.

InCadence made significant internal investments to prepare specifically for this opportunity by developing software libraries and an Application Programming Interface (API) to meet NATO requirements.

This work is important as it is laying the crucial initial groundwork for a modern, forward-looking architecture. Our solution is based on a very capable software platform that operates either stand-alone, in an occasionally networked environment, or in a fully networked environment. The same software platform operates on the handheld devices, the mobile laptop kits, and on the server. The software provides easy, intuitive mechanisms to import and export data; to process data for matching during imports; or for transmitting transactions.
