InCadence is Committed to Agile
All too often, technical solutions are really smoke and mirrors. At InCadence, our philosophy is simple… no smoke and mirrors. A PowerPoint presentation is not a software deliverable. When we build and demonstrate capabilities, we demonstrate functional software that meets the customer’s requirements. It’s not enough, though, to just meet the requirements. It’s important that the software and systems we build will operate as intended in the production environment, with real users, in the real world. InCadence is committed to our customers throughout the process, from concept to design to implementation to fielding to support.
No Smoke and Mirrors
It’s not enough for software to simply work well. It has to look good. It has to feel good. It has to be polished and behave the way users expect it to behave. Whether we’re building Windows or Web-based applications on the Microsoft Platform using .NET, or mobile applications on Android platforms using Java, our senior technical leadership ensures that applications are intuitive, well-designed, and elegantly executed both visually and functionally. We work closely with customers and end users, and adjust designs and implementation to be sure that it meets and exceeds their expectations. In some cases, we actually conduct regular webinars with end users, even in the combat zones, to demonstrate progress and to preview functionality. This is a key part of Agile, and a key assurance that when the final product is delivered, it hits the mark.
